Fresh chicken breast, mushrooms, carrots, celery, Spanish onions and roma tomatoes, simmered in a country wine cream sauce.
Ranch Oven Beef Stew:
Sirloin tips of beef, mushroooms, bell peppers, onions, celery and roma tomatoes braised in Bodelaise sauce.
Roast Turkey Breast:
With corn bread stuffing and country gravy.
Maple Glazed Pork Loin:
With caramelized onions and sweet Creole mustard sauce.
